The Manfrotto 200PLARCH-38 Architectural Quick Release Plate is the perfect solution, of preventing unwanted movement between gear and the quick release plate in order for you to achieve those desired shots without any camera shake taking place. This plate works perfectly well with all Bogen RC2 systems (200PL/3157N) quick release assemblies. It features a metal lip that can be positioned in front or the back of the camera/tripod collar to eliminate unnecessary rotation being perfect for vertical shooting.
